GESA Credit Union is a repeat client that we have had the privilege of working on a number of projects varying from small interior remodels to new construction. Most recently, we have completed 3 new branch facilities in Pullman, WA, Post Falls, ID and on the South Hill of Spokane, WA. The Pullman branch was a remodel of an existing restaurant building into a 5,675 sq. ft. financial institution with the addition of a drive-through teller attached to the existing building. With the use of metal, paint, and stone veneer, we were able to re-brand this building into a recognizable GESA facility. The Post Falls branch was a new 10,000 sq. ft. building that was new construction and included 4 suites. One suite became the new 4,346 sq. ft. branch with a connected drive-through teller, and 3 additional suites to be leased to other businesses in the future. And the new South Hill Branch located in Spokane was another conversion of an existing restaurant, but with a new detached drive-though teller station. This project required considerable demolition of the existing floors due to various floor level changes to provide one single level and ADA compliant facility, that provides an new 5,346 sq. ft. branch that serves the South Hill of Spokane.
