Combining a Gesa Credit Union branch with three office tenant suites, this 10,000 SF building will anchor the east end of The Pointe in Post Falls, Idaho. The Gesa branch was designed around the mid-size branch prototype plan and interiors palette that MMEC developed with Gesa Credit Union in 2022. The building is anticipated to be completed in late fall of 2023.
