Located on a corporate office site that housed two non-descript concrete buildings with tile mansard roofs, this new 45,000 SF office building and adjacent parking structure were designed to boost the appearance of the entire site rather than drawing attention to the visually contrasting buildings. In addition to this facility, MMEC completed several other projects for Premera, including significant interior renovations and the design of a new parking structure for their Mountlake Terrace headquarters.
