This project involved a major update and modernization of a 1970's era building for the 5,000+ Spokane City Credit Union members. Exterior improvements included updating glazing, metal panels, and roofing for increased thermal and moisture protection while adding a fresh, clean facade facing Monroe Street. A new plan was developed for the interior, opening the space for improved circulation and employee satisfaction. Using modern materials, updated glazing and lighting fixtures, and the restoration of existing glu-lam beams gave the space a bright, welcoming feeling and resulted in energy savings.
