In collaboration with Bouten Construction, the Oregon Potato Company Office Building is a new, two-story, 18,525 sf office building located near the interchange of I82 and Rd. 68 in Pasco, Washington on a previously undeveloped site. The building accommodates all current staff with space for future growth. Design features include an open reception atrium at the southeast corner of the building as well as a multi-purpose break room that can accommodate product demonstration events. The building has typical class A office spaces, including private offices, open office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and utility spaces. The project also includes site development to create new access, circulation, outdoor gather spaces and parking areas.
